Dr. Shelley Cooper is CEO and founder of Diversity Telehealth, LLC. She has been a member of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated for 15 years with the Kansas City, Kansas Chapter in the Central Region. During this time, she has served as Regional Member at Large, Regional Teen Advisor, Chapter President, Chapter Vice-President, Chapter Secretary, and Teen Sponsor. In addition to serving Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, she is a member of American Telemedicine Association, the Missouri Telehealth Network, the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the Links, Incorporated, and the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. She brings over 25 years of educational and ten years of corporate experience to the Foundation Board.

Joli Cooper-Nelson is a founding member of CSW Private Equity Investments, LLC, and a member of the Greater Tampa Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.
Having served for 12 years, she has held various leadership roles as Regional Programming Chair, Regional Secretary-Treasurer, Regional Director, National Vice President and currently National President.
Committed to her community, Joli invests in both her time and resources partnering with organizations that make a measurable difference in the lives of children. She serves on the boards of Academy Prep Center of Tampa, Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Tampa, the Children’s Home, Junior Achievement of West Florida, The Wharton Club of Tampa, the Notre Dame Club of Tampa, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Educational Advancement Foundation Committee. In addition, Joli has served on the boards of privately held Berkshire Blankets, Sqwincher Corporation and H2O Plus.
She brings to the Jack and Jill Foundation Board experience in strategic planning, financial management, marketing/brand management; qualitative and quantitative market research, board training and development, online fundraising, and corporate leadership.
